Glamour’s The Girl Project (TGP) is a corporate advised fund at Silicon Valley Community Foundation, a California non-profit public benefit corporation exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3).

TGP only gathers personal information such as first and last names, home addresses, email addresses and credit card numbers, when voluntarily submitted by you. If you make an online donation, personal information will be collected from you in order to process the donation.

TGP respects your privacy. Companies may be engaged by TGP to perform a variety of functions such as, assisting with technical services for our web site, they may act as a 3rd party donation collection (for example, Stripe), etc. These companies may have access to personal information if needed to perform necessary functions; however these companies may only use such personal information for the purposes of performing their needed tasks and may not use it for any other purpose.

Other than provided in this privacy policy, TGP does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to other companies or individuals. TGP will use your information to provide you with a donation record. With your specific knowledge and consent, TGP may use information collected to send you occasional information about its activities like updates, fundraising events, campaigns, or other fundraising initiatives, and if you consented, we may give your information to Glamour for inclusion in periodic newsletters or emails. We only use your information for its intended purposes.

TGP respects your privacy. We partner with the Mobile Giving Foundation (MGF) and Give by Cell and we follow the guidelines for the mobile channel established by MGF.

Your donation, identified through your text message donation, will be distributed from your carrier to TGP by MGF, a nonprofit organization that distributes or grants your donation. MGF does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to other companies or individuals. MGF may use information collected through its services and website for research and development purposes. However, such usage will not include any personal identifiable information in such research or analysis. MGF only use your information for its intended purposes. By completing the transaction, you give MGF permission to see your personal information related to your donation.
